We expect your package to be shipped out within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Your order can be tracked online by logging into your account. You will receive an email notification once your package ships. Please note, during our sales events and during the holiday season your processing time will be an additional 7-10 business days. International order incur longer processing times.

We ship worldwide, except the UAE and China. All tginatural.com orders that are shipped outside of the US are shipped on DDU (delivery duty unpaid). You will be responsible for paying for duties and costs to release your order from customs.
