Job Summary:

Thank God It’s Natural is in search of an E-Commerce specialist to join our online marketing and sales team. Our ideal applicant is organized enough to manage our online inventory and creative enough to help design social media campaigns to increase our digital sales. You will optimize our campaigns using marketing and SEO strategies and measure how much they increase web traffic by using analytics tools. While we prefer applicants who have a bachelor’s degree, it is more important that you have some experience managing a digital store or inventory of products.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing team to develop campaigns to increase digital sales.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
  • Help manage our online marketing presence, including on social media platforms.
  • Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales.
  • Assist with forming our company’s overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
  • Developing subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and taking ownership of daily business administration on assigned accounts.
  • Cultivating standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
  • Working with operations, product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms.
  • Possessing a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
  • Manages backend of tgin website and provides ongoing site maintenance, updates, and support.
  • Designs images, banners, bullets, charts, and other graphics to improve the website appearance.
  • Creates, embeds, and/or references text, audio, and video web content
  • Registers the site with search engines and online directories.
  • Provides ongoing site maintenance, updates, and support.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Plans and manages e-commerce sales.
  • Manage billboard relationship with Clear Channel
  • Manage/organize tgin Foundation social media calendar

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or computer science (preferred)
  • Experience managing digital product inventory
  • Experience using web analytics and optimization tools

Our office is located in Chicago, ½ block north of the United Center just west of Fulton Market
