Our mid-sized organization is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to support our Operations Team,
which is primarily responsible for ordering the necessary components of our products and shipping and
delivering orders to major retailers. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
● Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and coordinate logistics.
● Support the operations manager in day-to-day tasks.
● Customer Order Liaison: Be the bridge between our customers and our operations team, ensuring seamless order processing and timely delivery.
● Input orders into the system from Target, Walmart, Walgreens, T.J. Maxx, Ulta and others as assigned.
● Ensure orders are handed out to the team and they are shipped on time and in full.
● Process order cuts as necessary.
● Arrange shipment from fillers to storage/tgin as applicable.
● Order supplies for warehouse/factory/corporate office
● Schedule deliveries to retailers using our logistics system.
● Manage e-commerce, wholesale, and distributor orders.
● Create custom documents for international E-commerce and wholesale orders.
● Assist with arranging shipments for E-commerce, Wholesale or Distributor orders that can be shipped via small parcels.
● Assist customer service with inquiries on orders shipped from our warehouse (i.e., payment, transit, or inventory issues)
● QC Inventory counts as needed.
● Coordinate marketing, event, and sponsorship orders
● Proficient utilization of NetSuite to maintain accurate records:
o Inventory Adjustments as needed.
o Work Orders
o Transfer Orders
o Receiving Orders
o Updating customer/pricing information
o Creating Return Authorizations/checking them in once received/alerting Customer Service when applicable.
o Misc. projects as assigned.
● Learn and help manage the EDI system (entering new customers, coordinating our NetSuite Connector, troubleshooting issues, etc.)
o Send PO Acknowledgements and ASN’s for all retail orders.
● Learn and help manage the Far App connector from EDI to NetSuite
● Assist with printing docs for Production as needed (batch cards, Lot # stickers, etc.)
● On-line File Management
● Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Proficiency in NetSuite (experience with development, implementations, and integrations).
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
● Excel expertise for data analysis and reporting.
● Familiarity with other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
● Extremely Organized
Education and Experience:
● Education: Associate degree
● Minimum 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in operations coordination or a related field.
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Location: Our Chicago office (in-person position).
Our office is located in Chicago, ½ block north of the United Center just west of Fulton Market
